Harbin: Winter Wonderland

Harbin's bright lights don't shine from the city, they fill the sky in celebration of the world's largest ice and snow festival. Using ice hauled from the frozen river by over 10,000 workers and featuring sculptures reaching 35m tall, winter transforms China's Northeast into a spectacular frozen wonderland.
